Intellectual Property
After full payment, the client owns the final website/design.
DMpreneur reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio unless requested otherwise.
Limitation of Liability
DMpreneur is not responsible for:
Loss of business, revenue, or data
Third-party service failures (hosting, domain, ads platforms, etc.)
SEO or marketing results that depend on external factors (Google algorithms, competition, market conditions)
Revisions
A reasonable number of revisions will be provided as per project discussion. Excessive revisions may be chargeable.

Client behavior is abusive or unethical
